As a first time home buyer I had really high expectations of what I could buy for my budget. Tara helped me manage my expectations and find a house that was within my budget and had as many of my “must haves” as possible. We went to see 50+ houses and made many offers until I found my first home.
Several years later I was ready to for an upgrade. Tara was the first person I called. Tara hired someone to help stage the house and priced it competitively. When the market was down my house was one of two in its price range that sold. (Tara please verify this fact) Throughout the whole process Tara was very patient and accommodating with me. She worked around my schedule and always had time for me. I know have the house of my dreams. When my dreams change it will be Tara that I call to sell my house and help me pursue my new dream.
