Our spring market’s here. Even though it’s almost the end of June. Everything’s up our average sale price is up. Our activity is up. It’s still a little bit for activity down, of course, over this time last year in certain areas. And interest rates are down, which is what you want to see. So that’s great. The expectation is they’re going to stay there and maybe even come down a little bit more.

So we’ve got a great one over on Massassauga Road. That’s a nice price reduction as well. So it’s located between Trenton and Belleville. And if you’re looking for a secondary living or in law suite, this is absolutely perfect.
