We got news from a couple of conferences. Chief Economist down in the states for the NAR conference. And the chief economist for Dominion Lending, both of them feel that the economy is going to be pretty strong up until 2021. And even then they don’t expect a real downturn or even at worst, maybe just a soft landing nothing much.

Yeah, their expectation is interest rates are going to be going down yet again over the next year. Yeah, potentially down to 2.29%.

Oh, no, no changes to the stress test. So everybody, keep your debt in line is what they’re saying. That’s not going to change anytime. Interest rates are which is great.
Average price still tends to move up a little bit

Average price range in the 20 areas. $315,000. Yes, we did see a decrease in the average price range. But that is because we had a lot of our lower priced homes come on the market as well because of that stress test.

We’re going to have some great information. We have some charts in that that we’re going to be posting that’s really going to show you what’s been going on basically we went back to 2012 and just show you what those increases are. But the coolest part is you’ve had an increase of 50% in our pricing since 2012.
