It is, yes! Activity is picking up. This is nice to see. We’re seeing more homes come on, and more buyers coming out. I think as the fear has started to lessen. We’ve seen those numbers start to increase.

Yeah, we’re good. We have good process around it now. To help everybody stay safe and protected. We only ask that you have patience with it because it takes a little bit more time to do it and few more steps but, it works good. It keeps everybody safe.

So, I’ve decided, and I might be vetoed by Julie. I’ve decided that we should wear fanny packs. We’re gonna bring fanny packs back because she’s totally get it. Because what when the houses now, we have to carry sanitizer. We have to carry our extra gloves and masks and stuff for people. And we have keys from the car, like sunglasses like we have a lot to carry now so I really feel fanny pack should do a comeback.

So if you are dealing with properties. Don’t forget that it’s sandals season but you can’t go into homes and bare feet. So if you’re wearing sandals then bring a pair of socks to slip on or bring an extra pair of shoes or sandals to slip on in the house.

We have ordered disposable shoe covers and stuff, but supplies hard we’re not getting them until July so come prepared.

So we have two new listings. We have 161 Frankford Road, which is actually just outside of Sterling. It’s a beautiful bungalow with a double car attached garage with an inside entry. 2 bedrooms on the main level a 3rd that’s currently used as a dining room but could easily go back into a 3rd bedroom if you need that on the main level. It’s got another bedroom in the basement full recreation room as well. 2 piece bath, 4 piece ups or 5 piece upstairs actually. And yeah so that’s a really great home. Come out and see that and there’ll be a Facebook Live coming out on that too. We’ll let you know when. And then we also have 483 Grills Road that is listed, and it’s a really great home. It’s it’s actually a big home on a really nice country lot just outside of Belleville off Wallbridge Loyalist Road. And it has a secondary living unit that has a living room eating kitchen. It has on the second level it’s got 3 bedrooms and a 4 piece bath. And then the main house is bungalow style, and that’s got 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom has an on suite bath walking closet and then there’s another bathroom as well and a really big open concept kitchen living room eating area. Market’s up, activities up.. Yes! And so that’s all very exciting. And that’s kind of happening across our companies. From Port Hope all the way to Brockville, we’re seeing those increases so it’s positive for the area.
