So what are we listings do we have out there?

Oh, we have some great listings. We have the one down on Massasauga Road. And that’s a beautiful waterfront property. And it’s huge, big, big property. And yeah, so that’s gorgeous. We also have two lots that you can build on. So if you’re looking at building a home, we can help you find a builder and these are beautiful 2 and a half acre lots off of Moira Road. So that’s nice. And we also have, we have some really great properties that are coming up, because of course, everybody right now it’s always. You’ll see our inventory is quite low right now. And it’s because people are waiting for the spring and getting rid of some of this snow.

We’ve got lots of people in the works right now of getting prepared to get out. It takes us time we need to stage we need to get our photographer in and get the video done. So it’s no longer you know, “Call Today, List Tomorrow”, you really want a little bit of time, we can still do that. It just it just means that

The more prepared, the better, especially for spring market because when spring market starts it’s really fast. We go from touring like one home to touring 20 homes so you really want to be ready for it.

Sure. Yes, we have a handful of buyers right now that are just waiting and waiting for a whole month. So. So yeah, I love the spring. There’s so much anticipation, so much fun and lots of activity. And of course the military postings will start to in February so. So yeah,

That’s what everybody thinks the prices continue to go up. Even when we have corrections. It only takes a year or two for that correction to fix and we’re not due for a correction for a while. So we’re still we’re still catching up to neighboring areas.
